Training on Good Governance: Official & Financial Management
Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) has organized a five-day-long training on “Good Governance: Official & Financial Management.” Officers and Staff are the attendees in the training program.
Honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed was the chief guest of the training program held at the conference room of IQAC on 13, 14, 23, 24, and 27 June 2021.
During the program, Vice-Chancellor Professor Ahmed said that there is no substitute for training to increase skills. IQAC is doing a great job in enhancing the skills of SUST teachers, officers, employees. We need to have honesty and transparency in our work as we increase efficiency. Every teacher and staff of SUST will be given a computer to expedite the digitization. We will take the university forward through our skills, honesty, and transparency, Inshallah.
Professor Dr. Md Anwarul Islam, Treasurer, SUST, was present as the guest of honor, whereas Mr. Md. Ishfaqul Hossain, Registrar, SUST, and Mr. A N M Joynal Abedin, Director of Accounts, SUST, were special guests. Besides, Professor Nilufa Akter, Department of Bangla, SUST, and Sahelee Parveen Dipa, Assistant Professor, Department of English, SUST, were present as resource persons.
IQAC Director Professor Dr. Md Ashraful Alam presided over the program while Additional Director of IQAC Mr. Md. Ishrat Ibne Ismail coordinated the program.
