Workshop on Teaching Learning and Assessment for Accreditation
A two-day-long workshop on “Teaching Learning and Assessment for Accreditation” was organized by the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. Vice-Chancellor Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed was present as the chief guest.
Speaking as the chief guest at the workshop held on March 22 and 23, 2021, Vice-Chancellor Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed said, “Everyone has to work sincerely to build a Digital Bangladesh. Everyone should acquire new knowledge, and in this process of acquiring new knowledge, there is no substitute for training. IQAC SUST is working towards that goal and transforming the University into a world-class one. We should move forward even beyond the limitations and move forward little by little every day. In doing so, we have to work through transparency and accountability.”
He further said, “If we all work together in a concerted effort, we will be the best in Bangladesh academia.”
Professor Dr. Anwarul Islam, Treasurer, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, was present as the Special Guest, whereas IQAC Director, Professor Dr. Md. Ashraful Alam is in the presidency.
Additional Director of IQAC Mr Ishrat Ibn Ismail co-ordinated the program. The workshop was conducted in compliance with the hygiene rules and was attended by 33 teachers from different academic departments of the University.
